There was a well established website and I had to let it go and I’m learning to let that be okay.
We are evolving and have moved our online real estate. I realized I was spending a lot of money on things I did not need and what do you do when you realize that?
You downsize.
Like any remodeling, you know there is some cray cray involved and some colourful choice of words. Anyone who knows web design knows details are everything and it takes a whole lot of patience and focus. Things are being rebuilt with intention so hang tight while the reconstruction unfolds. And just so we are clear, this website may be a mess right now but I am not. I am still here, fully present, and available to offer the support you need. It is just my website that is taking a banging with the reconstruction.

Meet NatNat Emotional Healing and Nervous System Guide Founder of Lift OneSelf
You’ve done the inner work. You’ve held space for others. You’ve stayed strong when softness was what you needed most. Now you’re being called inward, back to your body, back to your truth, back to yourself.
I’m NatNat, and I guide people through the sacred return to their own wisdom. Not just to heal but to remember who they’ve always been beneath the noise, the coping, and the roles.
My work is rooted in lived experience: grief, illness, trauma, and the quiet rebuilding of a nervous system that forgot what it meant to feel safe. I know the ache of collapse and the resilience it takes to rise again with meaning.
But this isn’t just my story. It’s a reflection for anyone who has outgrown surface-level support and is ready for the deeper return.
At Lift OneSelf I support the strong ones, the quiet feelers, the over-functioners, the ones who’ve always been the anchor for others, to release the performance, feel without shame, and reclaim their aliveness.
My clients describe our work as “finally feeling seen” and “coming home to themselves.”
Through personalized 1:1 sessions, group experiences like Raw Healing, and transformative workshops, I help you translate your nervous system’s language into embodied clarity.

How I Work
This isn’t therapy. Therapy helps you understand emotions. I help you feel, process, and integrate them so they no longer run your life.
This isn’t coaching. Coaching gives you strategies. I give you space to drop the performance, to feel without drowning, to come home to your body.
