You’ve done the work. You’ve held space for others. You’ve stayed strong when softness was what you needed most. Now you’re being called back to your body, your truth, yourself.
I’m NatNat. I guide people through the sacred, somatic return to their own wisdom. Not just to heal, but to remember who they’ve always been beneath the noise, the coping, and the roles.
My work is rooted in lived experience: grief, illness, trauma, and the quiet rebuilding of a nervous system that forgot what safe felt like. I know the ache of collapse and what it takes to rise again, from the inside out.
At Lift OneSelf, I support the strong ones, the quiet feelers, the over-functioners… those who’ve always been the anchor to release the performance, feel without shame, and reclaim their aliveness through somatic awareness and nervous system healing.
My clients describe our work as “finally feeling seen” and “coming home to themselves.
How I Work
This isn’t therapy. Therapy helps you understand emotions. Somatic work helps you feel, process, and integrate them in your body
so they no longer run your life from the background.
This isn’t coaching. Coaching gives you strategies. I give you space to drop the performance, feel without drowning,
and come home to your body.
In our sessions:
- You release what you’ve been carrying — somatically, not just verbally
- We work body-first, tracking sensation, breath, and nervous system signals
- Your body learns it’s safe to be human
- You leave grounded, clearer, softer
Somatic. Trauma-informed. Spirit-led.
Because healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about remembering what’s always been whole and your body already knows the way.
What is Somatic Healing?
“Soma” means body and somatic healing is more than bodywork. It’s the understanding that your body has been keeping score long before your mind caught up. Every experience you’ve pushed through, swallowed, or outrun lives somewhere in your tissues, your breath, your nervous system.
Somatic healing creates enough safety that your body finally feels permission to let it go. Not through talking about it. Through feeling it and moving it through.
That moment when your shoulders drop without being told to. When a yawn comes and suddenly you feel lighter. When tears fall and something in you exhales.
That’s somatic.
And here’s what most people don’t expect, it doesn’t happen fast. The nervous system doesn’t heal on demand. It heals in safety, in rhythm, in trust.
Slow and Steady.
Not because you’re behind. Because that’s exactly how deep healing works.
Why This Matters
Most support systems teach you to manage your emotions or talk about them. This work helps you actually move through them in your body so they stop driving your behaviour from the background.
