I highly recommend Natalie. She has gifts that will propel your growth, and walks her talk. Her direct experience in life helps her empathize and understand you, but she will hold you accountable and cut through the BS and give you direct feedback in a loving way. She can feel what you are feeling and will point it out to you before you even realize it. This will help you see the Truth that you are avoiding or masking. At some point in the session, I always feel calm.
