  • Just come as you are. It’s suggested that you use the washroom beforehand, have a quiet space, water, or a journal nearby, yet these are not requirements. You’ll be guided step by step.

  • No. This is not clinical therapy. It is emotional guidance and somatic co-regulation, a complementary support that can walk alongside therapy but does not replace it.

  • You probably have, you just didn’t recognize it as somatic. That’s okay—everything is explained gently and at your pace.

  • Yes. Many clients begin with a single session and then choose ongoing support when they feel the resonance. Packages or follow-up options can be explored together.

  • Here's what I'd ask: What's the cost of staying where you are?

    How much longer will you:

    • Perform 'fine' while falling apart inside?

    • Avoid your emotions because they feel too big?

    • Live disconnected from your body?

  • You’ll be guided gently and we can pause at any point. You are always in control of the pace, and your safety is at the center of our work together.

    You don’t need any prior beliefs.

  • Emotional sobriety is the ability to feel your emotions fully without being overwhelmed by them. In this workshop, you’ll learn practices that support nervous system regulation and somatic healing, so you can return to yourself with steadiness. Emotional Sobriety Workshops are also offered at a reduced price, giving you a gentler, safer entry point into this work.
