Do I need to prepare?

Just come as you are. It’s suggested that you use the washroom beforehand, have a quiet space, water, or a journal nearby, yet these are not requirements. You’ll be guided step by step.

Is this therapy?

No. This is not clinical therapy. It is emotional guidance and somatic co-regulation, a complementary support that can walk alongside therapy but does not replace it.

What if I’ve never done somatic work before?

You probably have, you just didn’t recognize it as somatic. That’s okay—everything is explained gently and at your pace.

Can I book more than one session?

Yes. Many clients begin with a single session and then choose ongoing support when they feel the resonance. Packages or follow-up options can be explored together.

What if I get overwhelmed?

You’ll be guided gently and we can pause at any point. You are always in control of the pace, and your safety is at the center of our work together.

What if I’m nervous or unsure?

That’s completely natural. We’ll go at your pace, and it’s always okay to pause or take a breath before moving forward.

What if I’m not spiritual?

That’s okay…this work is about your body and emotions.
You don’t need any prior beliefs.

What is emotional sobriety?

Emotional sobriety is the ability to feel your emotions fully without being overwhelmed by them. In this workshop, you’ll learn practices that support nervous system regulation and somatic healing, so you can return to yourself with steadiness. Emotional Sobriety Workshops are also offered at a reduced price, giving you a gentler, safer entry point into this work.
