Isolation is something that is forced upon, yet you still have the power of choice in how you will use this space.

These are challenging times for everyone in different ways, and to not project that fear outwardly takes strength and not inflict self-harm requires compassion. Suffering is a path that allows you to find the root by questioning and exploring the answers so you may rise above this type of crucifixion that is being inflicted by the fear. Rising above allows you to have a birds-eye to see things with clarity of a more comprehensive broader picture. You become to discover "I do not know" is a powerful space to be in of understanding some questions cannot be answered as experience is needed for an internal knowing.
Isolation brings you into a connection with spirituality in a direct way that can feel overwhelming.
The nervous system is what needs to be relaxed as it is reacting in exaggerating the fear as a method to protect you.

Ask yourself, what is the need that is not being met?
What are these emotions surfacing, and what are they trying to show me?
What are the lies and illusion that I cannot see about myself and others?

Recognize the need is usually to breathe, so you may go inwardly to connect with the dimension that connects us all which will reveal the solutions and possibilities needed for action.

Some may view the caterpillar as choosing solitude, yet it is isolation as it needs the chrysalis to allow the metamorphosis of the butterfly.
Together we will thrive.
